History: Status post fall. Rule out bleed.
What are the findings/diagnosis? Left frontal cleft extending from the ventricle to the extra-axial spaces lined with grey matter. Diagnosis- schizencephaly.
How would you manage this patient? No acute workup needed. Depending on clinical scenario such as seizures diagnosed clinically, MRI as an outpatient can be performed.

History: Recent perforation with duodenal patch. Rule out residual leak.
What are the findings? Mobile stent within the stomach without findings to suggest gastric outlet obstruction. No findings to suggest a leak on these limited views.
How would you manage this patient? Recommend GI consult. (depending on clinical urgency, may need to retrieve the stent!)

What has changed between the two CT scans? New enhancing nodules at the posterior inferior liver
What should you tell the oncologist? Interval progression of disease. C0nsider chemoembolization of the affected segment.
