History: History of testicular resection 10 years ago (with image prior to resection below) for testicular cancer. Presents with testicular pain. Rule out epididymitis.
What are the findings on today’s study? Multiple masses with increased flow in the right testes,
What is the most likely diagnosis? Recurrent testicular cancer. (Differential also can include abscess/infection/focal testicular inflammation/lymphoma)
What is the treatment for the most likely diagnosis? Resection of the testes.
Left Testicle prior to resection 10 years ago.
Residual right testicle today.

History: Foot pain.
What are the findings? Marrow edema at the 4th metatarsal with subtle linear probable non-displaced line.
What is the most likely diagnosis? Stress fracture
What is the treatment? Rest. Gradual weight bearing with supportive bandage.

What kind of study is this? F-18 PMSA (Pilarify) PET
What are the findings/diagnosis? Right inferior pubic ramus PSMA avid lesion, likely prostate cancer metastasis. Otherwise normal physiologic uptake.

What are the locations of the findings? Hyperdense posterior falx with subtle subarachnoid and parenchymal blood products to the right midline
What is the appropriate management? Call ER doc/neurosurgery. Recommend MRI/Brain CTA
