History: Abdominal pain.
What are the findings? Air fluid level along the superior wall of the bladder adjacent to a thickened inflammed sigmoid colon.
What’s the differential diagnosis? Fistula formation from the wall of the bladder to the inflammed sigmoid colon from sigmoid inflammatory or infectious colitis vs. primary bladder wall emphysematous cystitis or bladder wall abscess.
What would be the correct management for this patient? Consider cystography to determine if there is fistula to the colon.

Case of the Week From 2/12/23
History: Abdominal pain. History of renal transplant.
What are the findings? Irregular contour to the right lower quadrant transplant kidney upon planar imaging. CT shows a collection anterior to the transplant kidney. SPECT imaging shows a corresponding uptake anterior to the transplant kidney.
What’s the final diagnosis? Right lower quadrant transplant kidney.
How can you confirm the diagnosis? With imaging: SPECT-CT scan. With intervention: aspiration/labs (uric acid)
Case of the Week From 2/5/23
History: Headache.
Describe the lesions: Curvilinear lesions along the right paramidline brain at the right frontal and right occipital lobes. Similar lesions projecting to the right of the head of the same shape.
What’s the most likely diagnosis? Artifactual lesions
What is the cause? Aliasing related to hair prosthesis (braids).
