What is the most likely diagnosis? Active GI Bleed Within The Cecum
What is the best CT protocol to make this diagnosis? With and without intravenous contrast with no oral contrast. Also, we need delayed images.
What’s the next step? Call the ER physician or the gastroenterologist.

History: Chest pain.
What is the most likely diagnosis? Possible left-sided tension hydropneumothorax (take a look at the flat meniscal level- a typical finding) Also, see the CT scan in the video below.

What is the most likely diagnosis? Multiple sclerosis (Periventricular and deep white matter disease with periventricular perpendicular dawson’s fingers on sagittal views)
What can you do to confirm the diagnosis? MRI imaging recommended looking for active plaque/disease. Correlate with symptoms.
