What is the most likely diagnosis? Nasal polyp at the left nasal cavity

History: Reflux
What are the findings? Polyploid lesion at the distal-most esophagus, likely also present in ct scan from 7 years ago.
What is the most likely diagnosis? A fibroepithelial polyp in the distal esophagus.

History: Wrist pain.
What is the most likely diagnosis? AVN of the capitate/nondisplaced comminuted capitate fracture
What can you do to confirm the diagnosis? Plain film of the wrist

This Week’s Case of the Week From 2/2/20:
History: Shoulder pain.
What are the findings? Large shoulder joint effusion and bursal fluid with synovial osteochondromatosis, osteophytosis, and chronic shallow remodeling of the glenoid. Severe degenerative changes. Superior subluxation of the humeral head with loss of the normal rotator cuff tendons consistent with an accompanying complete supraspinatus tear.
What is the most likely cause of the large lytic lesion at the humeral head? Prominent subchondral cyst.
