History: Hepatic lesion. Followup 6 years later
What kind of nuclear medicine study is this? Tagged red blood cell scan.
What is the most likely diagnosis from 6 years ago? Posterior right hepatic lobe hemangioma.
What is the most likely reason for the change that we see today? New decreased uptake at the site of the stable posterior lesion, either related to early timing of imaging or scarring at the site of the previous hemangioma.

History: Chronic leg pain.
What are the most likely diagnoses? Most likely an enchondroma given matrix and benign features. Also there is a pseudo fracture on the CT scan- artifact related to motion.
How would you follow up this case? No further workup warranted.

History: Status post injury 1 year ago. Painful bump on dorsal foot.
What are the most likely diagnoses? Osteochondroma with adjacent heterotypic ossification.
Does the history have anything to do with the findings? Trauma may have caused the heterotypic ossification near the site of the exostosis.
